Our patented in-line cable tensioner can be installed instead of turnbuckle barrels. The assembly provides a solid load transfer, while maintaining cable tension in the event of a slack control cable to avoid jamming, or derailing of control cables. MS21256-1 locking clips are used for retention.

In our base version, for an 1/8in control cable, the tensioner is 6-3/16” long in its installed configuration, taking out up to .7” of slack and uses 1/4-28 thread (one end RH, other end LH). Breaking strength 2,100lbs.
